Only Two choices??????

 

The third option is to find a way to be respectful, but still be proud of what you came from. This is a hard balance to find, because one must be able to determine his or her path while still being proud of where you came from. No matter how much you try to hide it, it will always be there, you can't change your heritage. Well I guess you could, but for arguments sake lets just say you can't.

 

 

I have tried to be that respectful third option. I have spent my years living in a household that is split politically. My father is a Die hard traditional conservative, while my mother is a Golden hearted liberal. It is always funny hearing the banter that protrudes from the walls of my home. I do not know how such polar opposites could come together, and then create 5 children????? Hey it sure beats me!

 

Well there is a little background do get the ambiance right. Well I am a proud Libertarian who likes to say he can see both sides. I can say without a doubt in my mind it is because of the parents I have. They both try to influence me in every possible way, bringing up how the other party is so screwed up. While at the same time denying anything wrong with their own side. It is like Fox new in one ear, and MSNBC in the other. For Example for the 2012 Election I woke up to election day with My Dad wearing a Romney shirt, and My mother with an Obama one.

 

While Politics isn't the biggest decision ever it is important for one to try to go out and be informed and choose the candidate that they think is best. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of what you believe in, because it is your belief. Others opinions should never be taken into consideration. Remember Gary Johnson 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!!!
